1. Acceptance of terms
1.1. These Terms of Use govern access to the site, dashboard, support services, Telegram and Discord bots, digital goods, and other related BlueSadness services.
1.2. Account registration, signing in, placing an order, topping up the balance or actually using the services means that the user agrees to this Agreement, the Public Offer, Privacy Policy and other documents published on the site.
1.3. If the user does not agree to these Terms, they must stop using the site, account and related services.
2. Account and security
2.1. The user must provide correct registration data and must not transfer login, password, keys, tokens, dashboard access or other authorization means to third parties.
2.2. All actions performed through the user account are considered performed by the user.
2.3. If account compromise, unauthorized access, rule violations or fraudulent actions are suspected, the Administration may temporarily restrict access until the circumstances are clarified.
3. Product access
3.1. After payment, the user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable access right to the digital product for the selected period and within the selected configuration.
3.2. Granting access does not transfer exclusive rights, source code, materials, protection methods, design, trademarks or other intellectual property.
3.3. Product functionality, launch procedure, system requirements and availability of individual features may change due to technical updates, third-party platform changes, anti-cheats, games and other circumstances.
4. Prohibited actions
4.1. Users may not resell, rent, transfer, publish, copy, distribute or otherwise provide third parties with access to accounts, keys, files, instructions or Administration materials.
4.2. Decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, bypassing technical restrictions, attempts to extract source code, bypassing protection and analyzing network interaction to interfere with service operation are prohibited.
4.3. Automated requests, scanning, infrastructure attacks, password guessing and interference with the site, API, bots, payment and service systems are prohibited.
4.4. It is prohibited to use the site and support for insults, threats, spam, fraud, publishing malicious files or knowingly false information.
4.5. Any form of humiliation or insult toward administration members is prohibited.
5. Blocking and access restrictions
5.1. The Administration may restrict, suspend or terminate user access to the account, products or individual services if these Terms, the Public Offer, payment rules, security requirements are violated or abuse is suspected.
5.2. Access restrictions may be applied without prior notice if the violation creates a risk to the service, other users, infrastructure or project security.
5.3. A decision to restore access is made after reviewing the user request and circumstances of the violation.
6. Payments and refunds
6.1. Payment, balance top-up, order fulfillment time and refund matters are governed by Public offer.
6.2. Violation of these Terms may be grounds for refusal of further service, access restriction and refund denial unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Usage risks
7.1. The user understands that using certain software may violate rules of third-party games, platforms, services or rights holders and may lead to sanctions from them, including account bans.
7.2. The Administration does not control third-party platforms, game services, anti-cheats or payment providers and is not responsible for their decisions, restrictions, bans, failures or rule changes.
8. User materials
8.1. By submitting tickets, screenshots, logs, files or other materials to support, the user confirms that they have the right to submit those materials and that they do not violate third-party rights.
8.2. The Administration may use submitted materials for diagnostics, ticket processing, service quality improvement and abuse prevention.
9. External links and third-party services
9.1. The site may contain links to Telegram, payment services, third-party instructions and other external resources. The Administration is not responsible for the content, availability or rules of such resources.
9.2. Use of third-party services is governed by the rules of those services and the terms set by their owners.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. The Service is provided in its available state, taking into account technical characteristics, updates, maintenance and circumstances beyond the Administration’s control.
10.2. The Administration is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, third-party platform sanctions, inability to use the product due to third-party software, system settings or user actions, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to terms
11.1. The Administration may update these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the site unless another effective date is specified.
11.2. Continued use of the site, account or products after the Terms change means the user agrees to the updated version.
12. Related documents
This Agreement is used together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, product-specific rules, support instructions and other documents published on the site.
